Our technique incorporates the use of tumescent liposuction through our Columbia practice. This technique uses a dilate local anesthetic solution with adrenaline which is injected into the area to be treated. This allows for same and bloodless removal of the fat. The techniques used in tumescent liposuction reduce post-operative bruising and pain.

Tumescent liposuction is completed while the patient is under anesthesia. This outpatient surgery may last one to two hours, or longer, depending on desired results and the extent of liposuction required. Patients may experience minor discomfort and swelling, which will disappear during the brief healing period. Once healed, patients who have tumescent liposuction through our Charleston, South Carolina practice will notice a more sculpted and toned physique.
