Scar Revision

Many times scars become less noticeable over time, but if you have an unattractive scar that has not faded after a year, scar revision may be a viable option for you. Although no scar can be completely eliminated, cosmetic surgery can diminish the severity of a scar. Dr. Ram Kalus will discuss different levels of treatment to improve the scar’s appearance. If less invasive procedures including skin gels and steroid injections are ineffective in lessening the severity of the scar, plastic surgery options for scar revision will be discussed.
