Some of the best compliments we receive aren’t reviews or ratings; they’re the moments when a patient tells a friend or family member about their experience with us. We wanted to find a way to say thank you for that, and to make it worthwhile for everyone involved.
That’s why we’ve created our Patient Referral Program. It’s our way of rewarding the patients who share their experience with the people they care about, and of welcoming those new patients with an experience that feels just as personal from the very first visit. Whether you’ve been with us for years or you’re just getting started, this program is designed to grow with you.
How Our Patient Referral Program Works
You receive three gift cards. After your visit, we’ll give you three $50 gift cards. These are yours to share with three friends or family members you think would enjoy our services.
Your friends redeem their cards. Each friend brings their $50 gift card to their first appointment and applies it toward their treatment. They’ll need to bring the card, or the code from it, so we can apply the discount and connect their visit back to you.
You earn credits as your friends come in. Each time one of your three friends completes their first treatment, you’ll receive a $75 credit on your account, up to $225 total if all three come in. These credits are yours to use toward future visits.
Credits are used one at a time. Rather than one lump sum, your $75 credits are applied individually, so you’ll have a credit ready to use across each of your next three visits.
The program renews with each patient. Once your friends become patients, they’ll each receive their own set of three $50 gift cards to share with friends of their own. That means the program doesn’t stop with you; it keeps going. Everyone who takes part has the chance to earn their own rewards.
A referral card, or its code, must be presented at the time of your friend’s visit for the discount and credit to apply. Credits are added to the referring patient’s account and can be used one at a time toward future visits.
