Case Details
Age: 43
This woman had recurrent right breast carcinoma, following prior lumpectomy and radiation. She underwent a right completion mastectomy and immediate reconstruction with latissimus dorsi flap and tissue expander, as well as left prophylactic mastectomy and reconstruction with expander/implant. She is seen pre-operatively and one year following completion of her second stage recosntructions, prior to nipple reconstructions.
