Case Details: This patient underwent a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction elsewhere before being seen in our office by Dr. Rowin. Post-operative photos taken at 3 months. Breast surgery includes converting the implants from subpec to prepec with silicone implants and fat grafting to both breasts.
