Patient Details:

This 35 year old woman was treated for a left breast carcinoma with mastectomy, radiation therapy and chemotherapy. She elected to proceed with prophylactic right skin sparing mastectomy and immediate reconstruction with tissue expander. Her left breast was reconstructed with a latissimus dorsi flap reconstruction with expander, followed by silicone gel implants bilaterally in a second stage. She is seen one year following her second stage reconstruction and three months following her nipple reconstructions.
